This Powerful 15 amp 6000 RPM, 3.5 HP 7 inch Grinder provides high performance under severe applications. This tool can be used for material removal from metal surfaces and with appropriate accessories for Cut-Off applications. Spiral Bevel Gears transfer maximum torque for heavy duty jobs. Spring loaded Recessed Spindle Lock assists in easy accessory changes. Sold as a Grinder, this tool can be converted to a sander by purchasing a 7 inch backing pad assembly which is easily attached to the tool. Sanding applications remove less material and are used to prepare metal, plastic or fiberglass surfaces for painting and finishing . Includes tool, side handle, guard, flange and washer.
